The book was the first to publish a set of legislative documents and materials of the Duma factions, revealing the reformist potential of Russian society at the beginning of the 20th century. In their entirety, they make it possible to understand the idea, content and mechanisms for implementing multi-vector transformations proposed by representatives of right-wing conservative, liberal, socialist directions of public thought of Russia. The publication is provided with an analytical preface, archaeographic introduction and commentary.
