The monograph is devoted to civilizational and cultural problems of interaction between the Ibero-American diasporas and North American society. Particular attention is paid to the role of Mexican, Cuban and Puerto Rican communities, their socio-cultural characteristics, social stratification, educational level, quality of life. The reasons for labor and political emigration from Latin American states to the United States and the programs of their diasporal policies are investigated.
