This reference book, according to its compilers, should be supplemented by the corresponding edition of the Russian IMPE-RATHORSKAGO Fleet, issued last year. Serving the same goal of spreading in the broad strata of society elementary knowledge of the naval force and the navy, it contains in itself what detailed data about the Russian navy, corrected on January 1, 1914, such and some additional data not included in the collection of the past year.
