The monograph considers digital economics as a new paradigm for economic development. An analysis of the main global trends in the deployment of digitalization processes is given and a description of the conditions and features of the formation of the digital economy in Russia is given. The role of digitalization in structural modernization and increasing the competitiveness of Russian industry is disclosed. Its priorities have been identified in various areas of activity - the industrial complex, public administration, the financial sector, education, health care and the labor market.
