We did not have time to rename the Russian police into the police, as evil tongues dubbed the former "cops" policemen. And it is not surprising - the "servants of the law" often behave in their native country as invaders, and the scale of corruption and "cop lawlessness" no longer just cause indignation, but infuriate the people: they hate only corrupt officials more than "corrupt cops." And no matter how much they prove to us that most of the employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs honestly fulfill their duty, it is not the exploits of police officers who risk their lives in law enforcement that are heard, but the crimes of "werewolves in uniform" and egregious cases of their complete impunity.
