The problem of interpersonal conflicts affects all spheres of life, especially in conditions of increasing levels of conflict in modern society. The most important role in the conflict belongs to the individual, therefore, it is necessary to identify and take into account the psychological characteristics of the participants in the interaction. One of such features that determine the origin, dynamics and final result of the development of conflict is the personality conflict, which is most often understood as its integral property, reflecting the frequency of entry into interpersonal conflicts (A.Ya. Antsupov, N.V. Grishina et al.).
