The book is dedicated to one of the pressing problems of physical education - hardening children. It is intended for teachers and is fundamentally different from previously published books on this problem. It proposes a hardening program, considers the role of thermoregulation, provides practical recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of hardening propaganda among schoolchildren.
