Vladimir Vysotsky began to sing his songs from the stage in 1965. At first it was performances with a group of his comrades - actors of the Taganka Theater - B. Khmelnitsky, A. Vasiliev, V. Smekhov, V. Zolotukhin, 3. Slavina, then solo. And on January 18, 1967, at the invitation of the Vostok song club, his first official performance took place in Leningrad. Since this year, they began to invite him more and more often with songs to institutes, factories, and clubs. His popularity grew.
