The climatic characteristics of Moscow, the radiation and light regime of the city, issues of its ecology are considered. The relationships of the nature-building structure with the climatic features of the city districts were revealed. The modern city is shown as a generator of its climate, the natural and urban planning structure - as a prerequisite for its zoning.
