The tutorial describes the basics of the theory and technology of the processes of deformation of pipe, tubular and sheet blanks into products with steeply curved and stepped axes that have a bend radius close to zero, as well as products with intersecting axes - tees. The analysis of factors limiting the technological capabilities of the processes of bending both pipes and sheet blanks to an ultra-small radius by traditional and original methods was carried out.
