This manual presents the main terms and concepts that reveal the modern theoretical and methodological foundations of the comprehensive rehabilitation of disabled people; it addresses theoretical and practical issues of social work with the disabled; medical, social, professional, psychological problems of people with hearing impairment, vision, intelligence; organization of medical and social rehabilitation as a priority area of ​ ​ state policy in relation to persons with disabilities; technologies of social rehabilitation of different categories of disabled people are given.
