It may seem that our national policy, so brilliantly justified, carries with it only victories. Such an opinion would be a cruel mistake. It would show that many who believe so do not know how to discern the contradictions hiding in the phenomenon. And that our national policy creates an extremely complex and essentially contradictory state within each national unit by the very fact of solving a national problem, we can now observe by some manifestations of those interesting processes that are still taking place under the soil.
