The institutional foundations of the interaction between the financial and real sectors in theoretical and practical aspects are considered, the interdependence of the structure of the distribution of financial resources, production and price dynamics in the Russian industry is shown, conclusions are drawn and proposals are formulated to improve the mechanisms of market financing of investments in Russia.
