The Kalashnikov assault rifle certainly became a symbol of Russian small arms in the second half of the 20th century. For four decades, all newly adopted models of machine guns and machine guns were, in fact, modifications of the AK-47. However, since the beginning of the 90s, Russian gunsmiths have shown the world dozens of new, original designs of small arms, many of which, such as a AN-94 machine gun or a silent BCC sniper rifle, turned out to be truly revolutionary. Nevertheless, information about them remained extremely scarce. The work of the famous American gunsmith Charlie Cutshaw, dedicated to new and promising Russian weapons systems and modern ammunition, is designed to fill this annoying gap.
