The monograph examines the social policy of the anti-Bolshevik regimes of the Volga region, the Urals, Siberia and the Far East, defines its goals, main directions, priorities and results. Rich factual material extracted from archival and published sources is analyzed on the basis of modern sociological approaches. This allowed the author to raise a wide range of problems related to the peculiarities of interaction between the state and society during the Civil War, to show the specifics of the relationship between anti-Bolshevik political regimes with the main socio-political groups of the population.
