The book is dedicated to one of the most tragic events of the Soviet-Finnish confrontation of 1941-1944, the attack of the Finnish sabotage detachment on the rear garrison of the Karelian Front in Petrovsky Yama, during which the field mobile hospital (PPG) No. 2212 was destroyed. Killed medical workers and wounded who were cured, as well as the civilian population of the village.
