The botany textbook has been reprinted many times (35 times) in Germany, translated into many languages, is unique in its historical continuity, breadth of coverage of the material and ultra-modern data: each edition, including the last, is completely revised and updated compared to the previous one. The purpose of the textbook is to adequately reflect all sections of plant science and related fields. References to new literature make it possible to delve into a subject where a more detailed discussion goes beyond the textbook.
