The book discusses the physicochemical foundations of methods for cutting metals by the combined action of an electric arc and a gas jet. Modern equipment and technological materials used in gas-electric cutting of metals in domestic and foreign practice are described. One of the sections of the book is devoted to the technology of cutting various metals and the choice of rational conditions for the use of individual methods.
