Currently, cow oil has already taken its place in the global food exchange, and the oil trade over the past 10-20 years has taken on a huge size. Improved production methods, as well as the use of artificial cooling in the storage and transportation of oil, have given impetus to the strong development of international trade in this very valuable nutritious product. Simultaneously with the development of our butter, the falsification of cow oil in Russia has become so grandiose that the most decisive measures are required in this direction.
