The reader will find here a consistent deployment of a number of important thoughts about the essence of liberalism, about its steps in Russia - and this opens our eyes to significant clarifications of the concept of liberalism, helps to approach its coverage. We are convinced that this concept has been used in Russia for a hundred years (and is being used by us today) far from its true meaning. The distinction between liberalism and radicalism carried out by the author is especially instructive for us: for too long in the Russian X IX-X X centuries, the second called himself the first, and we took him like that - and radicalism triumphed over liberalism to perish Russian development.
