Harry Martinson - Nobel Prize in Literature (1974). Filled with deep philosophical content, the work of one of the largest Swedish poets and prose writers was presented to the Soviet reader for the first time in such a volume. The collection includes poems from different years, including the famous poem "Aniara," two plays and a novel. "Aniara" is a kind of dystopia that warns against blind faith in technological progress, not accompanied by social progress. The novel "The Road to the Kingdom of Bells" is dedicated to vagrancy - a phenomenon that was very characteristic of Sweden at the turn of the past and present centuries.
