The pages of the book reveal the mechanisms of the system of self-regulation of activity, providing students with the opportunity to manifest independence in teaching. Conscious skills of self-regulation in teaching and in any other activity are included in the context of holistic life, therefore, an analysis of its connection with various aspects of human mental activity is important.
