The monograph is devoted to the peculiarities of state-legal regulation of foreign trade of the Russian Empire in the XVIII-XIX centuries. Particular attention is paid to the issues of state regulation of foreign trade relations between Russia and individual countries of Europe and Asia, as well as changes in state approaches to the organization of foreign trade relations with foreign countries, taking into account foreign policy situations, modernization processes in the Russian economy and other factors.
