The book is intended as a textbook on the course of electrical engineering for students of non-electrical specialties of polytechnic and engineering universities, as well as for radio engineering faculties. It discusses the basic properties and methods of calculating DC circuits, as well as sinusoidal and non-sinusoidal AC circuits. The concept of unsteady mode of electric circuits is given and transient phenomena in the simplest electric circuits are considered.
