The collection material is located in 4 departments. The first focuses on the prehistory of the Comintern and the six congresses; the second to the plenums and the third to the periods between congresses; in the fourth department there are applications. Materials for the first two departments were compiled mainly on the basis of the protocols of congresses and plenums (with the exception of the I and II plenums and the IV Congress, all shorthand reports are available in Russian. At the end of the collection, a name index and a subject index are attached, which will greatly facilitate the use of the collection.
