For the first time, the book contains articles by Elena Chukovskaya scattered in newspapers, magazines, non-author collections and devoted to the works of Korney Chukovsky, Lydia Chukovskaya and Alexander Solzhenitsyn. These articles and open letters were written in different years and in different eras. The end of the 1980s, proclaiming publicity, opened the door for the appearance in print of prohibited names, prohibited topics, prohibited documents.
