With the words "Jewish cuisine," most of us immediately have pictures of stuffed fish, matzo and chicken broth in our heads. Surprisingly, we almost equally perceive Jewish and Russian cuisine. Naturally, not in the sense of a set of dishes and products, but in the sense of an extremely stereotypical attitude towards both.
