The main goals of the workshop are to acquaint students with practical methods of biochemical research of plant and animal tissues, consolidate theoretical knowledge in the field of biochemistry of agricultural products, develop experimental skills and instill a scientific worldview. The book discusses biochemical methods used in the preparation of samples of plant and animal tissues for research, as well as methods for determining and calculating the content of biologically active substances in the studied samples of agricultural products.
