PHP programming starts are given: installing and configuring Apache, PHP, MySQL and XAMPP cross-platform assembly, choosing a PHP code editor, language syntax and the most useful PHP 5.4 functions. The creation of the site's own engine and a number of additional modules is considered - photo galleries, an RSS grabber, an MP3 module, the reCAPTCHA service, as well as the use of a powerful Smarty template engine and the creation of a simple custom template engine. Shows how to use Ajax technology to update data on a page without reloading it.
