Andrei Shlyakhov wanted to be a writer in kindergarten, but by the end of school he changed his mind and entered a medical institute, which he graduated under socialism - in 1989. For more than ten years he worked as a doctor - in an ambulance, in a clinic, in intensive care, in the cardiology department. At the beginning of the new century, Andrei left medicine and went into business. "I didn't learn how to take it, and there was enough medical salary to live on," recalls Andrei. "Wholesale and retail trade, unlike medicine, made it possible to live without counting every penny."
