The paper proposes a new approach to the interpretation of decision theory. For the first time, the problems of decision-making in the context of the organization of intellectual activity are systematically considered. The theory of critical thinking, the author's concept of the theory of question-response procedures (GP), the relationship between the decision-making procedure and the features of functioning (GP) is analyzed. It is recommended for students, graduate students specializing in the fields of philosophy and political science, law and management, psychology and sociology, teachers, as well as specialists engaged in various fields of scientific and practical activities.
