The compiler of this anthology P.N. Gruzdev pursued the task of presenting with the greatest completeness the statements of Marx and Engels about upbringing and education. Widely understanding this task, the compiler included in the textbook some articles and excerpts from individual works of Marx and Engels, which at first glance had nothing to do with this topic.
