The urgent need to publish a statistical handbook of national economy and culture has long been felt by employees of all regional and regional institutions of the Crimean Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. This need is especially acute when drawing up plans for the national economy, in various kinds of economic work, in determining the prospects for the development of sectors of the national economy of districts and cities.
