More than 3 thousand terms related to natural and artificial precious and ornamental stones, as well as materials that are used in jewelry are explained. Particular attention is paid to methods of processing precious and ornamental stones and methods of their diagnosis. Attached is an English-Russian dictionary of gemological terms.
