The monograph is a chronological continuation and development of the book "Organization and activities of the RCT in 1920-1925," published in 1960. This book is devoted to the period when the Workers' and Peasants' Inspectorate worked in unity with the Central Control Commission of the CPSU(b), i.e. from the moment of unification of these two bodies to a new reform that divided party-state control into separate control organizations of the party and state - the Party Control Commission and the Soviet Control Commission.
