The manual is intended for the personnel of the repair: units and subunits of the armored and mechanized forces of the Soviet Army, which carry out current and medium repairs of the IS-3 tank. The manual consists of two parts. The first part provides operational maps for the replacement of the main units and assemblies, indicating the basis for replacement and technical specifications for the installation. The second part contains operational charts for disassembly and assembly of units and assemblies with indication of technical specifications for disassembly and repair of main parts.
