Widely known in narrow circles is a fair characteristic for Pavel Nikolaevich Filonov (1883-1941), who devoted his life to art, which went unnoticed by the public, but is highly appreciated by art historians on both sides of the Atlantic. This book is a study of the mysterious figure of the master, who at the beginning of the 20th century challenged all known, right and left directions of painting and developed his own unique memorable style.
