The issues of analytical presentation of human characteristics as an element of the human-technical system (HT) were considered, the features of quantitative assessment of its activities were analyzed. Based on the system approach, mathematical models of various aspects of human activity in CT systems are presented. The basic principles are formulated and algorithms for assessing the effectiveness of human activity in systems of this type are given.
