Chebalin, Evgeny Vasilievich - was born in the village of Naurskaya of the Chechen-Ingush Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic in a family of agronomists. He graduated from the Grozny ped. Institute (1962) and graduate school of GITIS (1971). He was a member of the CPSU (since 1973). He worked as a correspondent for Grozny gas. "Komsomol tribe" (1962-65), correspondent for radio and television in Kolyma and Indigirka (1965-68). Director of Artey LLC (since 1992).
