This training course is a systematic presentation of the institution of insolvency (bankruptcy). It is one of the first works in the history of modern Russia devoted to the institution of insolvency (bankruptcy), with a detailed analysis of the prerequisites for the emergence, conditions for the introduction and implementation of insolvency (bankruptcy) mechanisms. On the basis of complex scientific research, a theoretical analysis is carried out of both the entire institution of insolvency (bankruptcy) and its categories such as insolvency, bankruptcy, procedural mechanisms used in bankruptcy cases.
