Justice is one of the most complex socio-philosophical categories affecting a wide range of human relations. The content of this article directly and indirectly reflects the economic, political and legal conditions of society and the trends in their development. G. V. Plekhanov noted: "A person who grew up under these social conditions is inclined to consider these conditions natural and fair until his concept changes under the influence of some new facts, little by little generated by the same conditions" *. The question of the content of the concept of justice with great urgency arises in the course of class battles, where the concept and requirement of justice are closely connected with the economic, political, legal requirements of each of the struggling classes. Belief in the justice of a particular economic, political, legal requirement, phenomenon, idea that this or that person serves, raises the morale of people, makes them endure difficulties and hardships. It was in this sense that V. I. Lenin said that justice "moves the vast working masses all over the world." 1 2. In the modern era of deepening the general crisis of capitalism, the importance of justice in the revolutionary struggle is increasing many times over, because moral proof of the failure of capitalism and its institutions is becoming a powerful and effective tool that helps unite the masses in the struggle for peace, democracy and socialism.
