Information analysis of semiconductor devices and integrated circuits was carried out to systematize analog converters and calculation methods into the design technology of the architecture of input-output interfaces of microprocessor means. Linear integrated circuits are considered at the level of structural schemes and formulas, tables of state and time diagrams, metrological assessment of characteristics and parameters is given according to the laws of transformation of integral bases of microelectronics with differentiation in the forms of circuitry.
