The theoretical foundations of external ballistics of shells and missiles, methods for calculating their motion parameters, determining the characteristics of firing accuracy, as well as methods of ballistic support for tests are presented. Considerable attention is paid to the ballistic design of the types of ammunition under consideration, the selection and calculation of optimal trajectories, and the fulfillment of traffic stability conditions.
