We all, both philologists and people of other professions, are accustomed to considering language as the most important means of communication. Years of language research led me to a different conclusion. Language is not only and even not so much a means of communication as a cybernetic machine, with the help of which not only human society is controlled, not only individual ethnic groups, and even individuals, but also all life, including human physiology, wildlife, and even vegetation. The biblical phrase at the beginning was a word - not a metaphor.
