The book restored Eurasian hydrosphere disasters, which were one of the consequences of the cover glaciation of the Arctic. Their tracks include Baer hillocks, hollows of ancient runoff, "enveloping" valleys, sandy ridges and fields of manes known in Western Siberia and Kazakhstan, in the lowlands of Turan and the Caspian. Complexes of these forms form two systems starting from the Central Arctic; one crosses Siberia, and opens into the Black Sea and European pradolins, and the second runs along the Urals to the south. It was concluded that the systems were created by a catastrophic flood of enormous power.
