Bird migrations are a great natural phenomenon, the consequence of which is the redistribution of biomass and energy flows on the planet. The study of this phenomenon is carried out on the basis of the collection, generalization and comprehension of specific data on the movement of different species of birds in different seasons of the year on different continents. In this regard, the territory of the North-West of Russia occupies a special place, since the White Sea-Baltic branch of the East Atlantic migration route passes through it.
