The book contains brief information on the taxonomy, biology, ecology, distribution and economic significance of 1610 species of vascular plants, the natural flora of Tatarstan, the most important cultivated plants are listed. The natural zoning of the territory, the general characteristics of the flora of the republic are given, issues of history and protection of the vegetation cover are considered.
