Journalist T. Tsopa is the author of a number of collections of documentary essays, which are very popular among readers. Following the wonderful example of the writer Sergei Smirnov, as a result of a lot of painstaking work, he revealed the history of the partisan detachment "Journalist," which operated in the spring of 1944 in Moldovan codra, wrote many exciting pages about the exploits of heroes from tank columns "For Soviet Moldova" and "From the working people of Moldova." This collection includes the best essays of the author: "Defender of Brest" (about Moldovan Semyon Tonitsa), "I call fire on myself!" (about the Komsomol member Yulia Kvitkovskaya from the village of Livadeni, Drokievsky district), "Heroes of the Steel Army" (the exciting story of the monument tank in Tiraspol), "Buchenwald Alarm" (about those who did not flinch before the enemy in this monstrous death factory) and others. This book is not only a story about heroes. It contains a confirmation of the high civic duty of the Soviet people, a passionate oath: no one is forgotten, nothing is forgotten. For the collections "Dreptul la nemurire" ("The Right to Immortality"), "Prospect Patriei" ("Prospect of the Motherland") and "Cetetz de Fock" ("Fiery Fortresses") T. Tsope was awarded the title of laureate of the Komsomol Prize of Moldova named after Boris Glavan in the field of literature and art for 1973.
