The dictionary is the first experience of compiling a Russian-Tatar explanatory historical dictionary, identifying, standardizing and unifying the richest layer of centuries-old Tatar historical terminology and contains translations, interpretations of about 6,000 basic terms and concepts both in the history of Russia, Tatarstan, the Tatar people, and in general history from the primitive era to the present.
