The biographical reference book includes information about several thousand Cossack officers - mainly participants in the Russo-Japanese, World War I and Civil Wars, a significant part of which after the Civil War ended up in exile. The basis of the reference book is mostly first introduced into scientific circulation documentary materials from the archives of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Orenburg, Chelyabinsk, private collections, as well as published sources. For the first time, a holistic picture of the fate of the officer corps of one of the largest Cossack troops in Russia is being created. The guide is intended for a wide range of readers interested in the military history of Russia.
